Michael Doku with his multi-talented gesture entered into the music scene the year 2000 with a brand name KINGDOM. He was then doing different genre of music as we see today ,that was hiplife and He released his first ever single OFIE NIPA in the year 2006.
Later in the year 2007 the mind of hiplife that was singing and throwing punch lines of heavy raps twisted to different angel of music. Micheal again rebranded himself with another stage name King Banton in which he entered into full Root Rock Reggae.
In the reach of his Reggae music career, King Banton has worked tirelessly to build solid fan base and reputation in both locally and internationally.
King Banton after entering into full time reggae has released numerous hit tunes which includes Wickedness (February 2014) ,My friends (November 2015).He also dropped his third single WOMAN I LOVE YUH which was emphatically for the African women.
His incomparable reggae tune ( BLESS I) compelled him this year July 2016 to hit the airwaves globally in countries Zimbabwe,Jamaica, Costa Rica,South Africa,Brazil ,Zambia etc got their fair share of this tune.
King Banton upon another rebranding strategies is again changing his current stage name to KING GALI.
According to him as the reggae is very competitive ,He thinks the new name is going to plunge him in good fortune that he is going to make hits after hits.
He is urging all his fans to cooperate with him and accept his new name as he is cooking more hit tunes to suprise them before the end of this year.
