RIGHT after Ghana’s Independence Day celebration, Reggae Network Ghana will climax the nation’s 60th birthday observance with a reggae-dancehall honorary charity event which is purposely aimed at celebrating statesman excellence and youth contribution towards Ghana’s post-independence stability. The event dubbed “African Hero Network Projects Tour 2017”, will be held at Akuma Village [Rising Phoenix, Accra] on 11th March. DJ Nature Won is the official prime dj for the event.
Reggae Network Ghana, the management backbone of “African Hero Network Projects Tour 2017” is a pan-global conscious hub of positivity activists made up of home Africans and the African Diaspora whose mutual objectives revolve around African youth progress concerns, black community empowerment, Afro-Diaspora connect, and global humanitarianism.
These organizers of this March 11’s “African Hero Network Projects Tour 2017” are purposely using almighty reggae as a recreational medium to connect all the strong Pro-Afro thinkers within the masses for a collective cause.
The event performance line-up officially consists of: Osagyeo, Konkarah, Seeta Kamani, Blouk G, Queen Ruki, Kush Farmer, De Don, Jah Lightning, Jah Wyz, DR Money, Ishanti, Afrika True Light, Double D, JahSun, Faya Kindred, Naya Faya, Pounds I.B, Zion Boy, Governor. Several supporting artistes will be offered side slots. The headline artistes are Kojo Lion and Ladee Dred, both coming down from the States.
DJ Nature Won, a 3 consecutive time Ghana DJ Award nominee, is engaged to officiate this year’s “African Hero Network Projects Tour ” as the prime dj to stage-manage the event’s performance line-up. The official MC is Nana Ntow Akoto, Radio XYZ.
“African Hero Network Projects Tour 2017”, Akuma Village, comes off on 11th March --- starts at 8pm sharp until the crack of dawn, being a full night event. Gate proceeds pre-decided for charity projects.
