Last Friday was another 2017 historic feat for REDfyah and his ABAGBRRR Band --- they proved their musical mastery over live band concert inside the Sawla community Center with such a colourful artistic display of great talents, on-stage precision and true entertainment.
“Help The Needy And Orphans Concert”, headlined by REDfyah and supported by other artistes bussed from in and around Accra and a handful of home upcoming artistes, was more like a pro-Easter treat for the Sawla community --- but it was purposely staged to gather proceeds to help maintain the orphanages and children’s homes in the Northern Region, Sawla’s as the top priority.

REDfyah, over the years since the early days of his career, has been famous for charitable deeds and he continues using his concert proceeds to support good causes.
The performances throughout the night was remarkably beautiful. The home upcoming artistes put up some marvelous performance skills that would push many city entertainment critics to ask each other “so, why is mainstream media not giving attention to these great young talents”? The boys did whatever it takes a big hit star to thrill a huge audience.
The concert had performances from REDfyah, Iwan, Jahkhal, Agorowura, Bwoi MJ, Habyba, T.I.P, Jawru, Mega Bush, Jamaldini, Kawute, Fada Bronzy, Daanga, and others.
Nana Ama McBlack, the female MC of the night, was excellent on the mic. Her MC’ing skills is of a high professional rating. She was a total entertainment herself, showing off an upper class literary eloquence mixed with contagious backstage dancing. Her male co-MC was a close equal, though.
REDfyah’s “Help The Needy And Orphans Concert” couldn’t be a disappointment! The AGBABRRR Band was perfect, they played responsibly with an excellent concert precision, doing all the very necessary stuffs expected of a master band. Apparently, their collective self-motivation wasn’t sourced in the audience scale, the audience rather tapped their motivation from the band --- just as it should be.
REDfyah hinted off his next concert, but didn’t disclose the venue as his team is yet to decide on that, but probably it will be staged in Accra or Tamale.
