He would grow up across his life years just as Reginald Nii Boye (as christened by his parents) until his musical talent made him take a second thought at what he should be called and then he finally settled down with Cruked Route after striping off Bone, his first stage name when he was in a duo with Mexi.





Now it's or nothing else atop his career list as his prime goal except music. Anything else anyhow equally important is to come right after that. Cruked Route is thus seriously inclined to the microphone than any other message delivering tool. To him music is the loudest and the most accepted voice in the world, but he wouldn't just make noise on beats, he rather would put out messages that heal, revive, and get people thinking beyond the ordinary.
Being a revolutionary lyricist with the intent to change the game from cliché to sustained novelty, Cruked Route aimed to start smart (he branded his game role off a power hybrid by using a marriage of reggae and hip hop). Asked what he is between the top two genres, he would answer that he's a riddim rapper, rather just saying he is a rapper. This is more concrete, even as he raps on reggae riddims more often than on pure hip hop beats. He stands out with the known few artistes that have taken hip hop reggae as their core twin field.
Coming out officially as a solo artiste, after breaking out from the now defunct duo with Mexi, Cruked Route has released some power hip hop reggae singles that have won many hearts in and outside Ghana (his home country). Currently, he holds one EP, a 6 track project dubbed "Wild Thoughts". He's still in the studio working up his next EP for this year end while still side-working up his 2020 12-track album which he says it is a super deep-mind project for a further mass awakening of Earth's young woke community.
Tracked on the "Wild Thoughts" are: Up Run Out, Stained Paradise, Awake, Ehiende, Sorry Mama (feat. Maverick Zofo, Canada), Still Moving (feat. Buju Banton).
