Ghana Armed Force's General And Wife Deliberately Refuse To Pay Surveyor For Work Done On Their 150 Acre Land

General Richard Addo Gyane and Wife (Gifty Harriet Addo Gyane) have deliberately refused to pay Willy Wanta (a land surveyor) over a year old debt they owe him, and out of anger Willy Wanta has threatened to blow the General's cover if he refuses to pay him this month.
The General and his wife hired Willy Wanta to survey a 150 acre land in Deideman near Pokuase in January 2019, but after he finished the work the couple refused to pay him the workmanship due him. All attempts Willy Wanta has made at exacting his payment have been defiled. The Gyane's have, since January 2019, told Willy Wanta that they won't pay him.
