Suge Knight, the CEO of LondonHills Production has begun his ambition to build a mini city complex in Cape Coast to help facelift the region's ace hospitality services, tourist lifestyle, real estate ranking and cultural worth.
In the early weeks of last year, after Suge Knight has acquired the vast land, he held a meeting with his architects to settle on a mock plan for his realty ambition.
Suge Knight intends to build a classy state of the art mini city complex that holds a one-stop mart, a 5-star hotel, museum, school, library, clinic, recreational facilities, and affordable apartments.
According to Suge, his state of the art mini city will also have adorable afro-architectural features that will offer a wholesome African experience to foreign tourists.
Capitalizing on the mantra "Cape Coast is the heart of Black Americans", Suge Knight will build a special homecoming services office in his complex. This office's outfit would be dealing with Black Americans who want to explore Ghana on tour during festive seasons or settle.
Also on Suge Knight's Cape Coast project sheet is a central region excellence awards scheme that is aimed at honouring excelling personalities and institutions in the region.
