Macaveni made it to the ten-artiste shortlist of Reggae-Dancehall Ghana's RDG-VAD #1 project and he's expected to be seen in the project's side cypher performing the piece he dropped in the project proper.


Checked deeply, Macaveni happens to be one of the best young dancehall artistes among his genre peers in Kaneshie, a town in Accra. It is his strong excellence in songwriting and witty lyrical delivery that earned him the merits for his enlistment in the RDG-VAD #1 project shortlist. 

All the songs Macaveni submitted for review by the Reggae-Dancehall Ghana vetting team passed every test point, making the top requirements that team plotted on the review scale.

Macaveni is on the RDG-VAD #1 project with nine other young Ghanaian dancehall artistes. The project is aimed at pushing them for a national recognition that will be set as the foundation for their possible global exposure.

The other nine with Macaveni in the project set are Myal Panni, Mag Dhelfa, Naab Yidan, OG Kingpin, Random Zlotty, VSignal, Lordy Drax, Addi Estimate and Addi Churchbwoy. 

The RDG-VAD #1 project is a career documentary. If is schedule for release in mid May.
