Last Saturday night got inked down in gold as a great historic reggaematic page in Reggae Ghana Network's gig record, when the whole night right into the fore hours of Sunday was blazed up with super exciting live band and DJ playback performances by over a dozen amazing artistes that served the audience wholesomely.

The big long nightie gig, dubbed "Osagyefo In Concert" kicked off with a promising roots duo-guest set by Nana Ntow plus Amenyo Kojo and magnificently climaxed as a huge return fun, bringing back to the good old beach hill Rising Phoenix auditorium a widely-missed musical euphoria that unexpectedly got banked aside by the sudden wake and aftermath of the Covid sanctions on commercial entertainment.

In the records, this very "Osagyefo In Concert" staging has marked the new beginning of a respectable turn for the Reggae Network Ghana event machinery. The machinery set a high standard with this concert episode, brining to the venue a a strong list of top media personalities and dignified partisans of high offices.

Performances came from Nana Ntow, Amenyo Kojo, Willy Wanta, Prez Khez, Ras Boomba, Chizzy Wailer, the Mighty Orthodox Band, Nayah Faya, Blouk Singjay, Empress Sancious, Donyrific, Double D, Faya Armah Kindred.

The 4-piece live band session ensemble was dotted by the Taking Over band and it played all-through as a sole set for the gig without a standby changer.

Osagyefo, a reggae veteran and key stakeholder at Reggae Ghana Network, was the highlight artiste of the concert. He first fused Gunman Wyzi at his mid-set and later fused in Konkarah JahVybz at the tail 10 minutes prior to sign-out where he left the stage for Konkarah to continue with a blazing  30 minute red hot live band performance that flew the audience into warm frenzy.

Jennifer Mensah of Jenn's Promotions was present to make a live broadcast across her Facebook page and other social media pages.
